At MorningCoffee.shop, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want every coffee experience to start right — with quality equipment and complete confidence in your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we make returns and exchanges simple and transparent.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on new, unused espresso machines purchased through MorningCoffee.shop within 30 days of delivery.
You may return a product if:

The product arrived defective or damaged, or

You are not satisfied with your purchase (non-defective return).
All items must be returned in new condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
2. Return Method

3. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for new, unused items within 30 days of purchase.
If you would like to exchange your espresso machine for another model, please reach out to us at contact@morningcoffee.shop and we’ll assist with the exchange process.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
